Our Service Philosophy
We get the job done right the first time; nothing annoys both you and us more than fixing a problem twice. We will never give you the runaround. We always shoot straight and make sure your service investment goes as far as possible. If you ever have questions about what we did, what we didn’t do, or how we did it, just let us know.
The Tune-Up
Like most bike shops, we offer a “tune-up.” It includes the standard treatments, and costs $100 (for more information, see below). But before we ever sell one of these, we love to get the bike in the stand. We want to get the bike in a stand, go over every aspect of it, and learn about how you ride it and what you expect of it. We’ll tailor your service to your bike’s (and your) needs, and get you out the door with exactly what you need.
